What if I need my prescriptions delivered sooner?
Prescriptions can be sent overnight or second day business for an additional fee noted on your enrollment form.
Can I prepay my prescription online?
We do not currently accept online payments. Please contact the pharmacy for assistance.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
You may access our transfer form online at www.ebms.com/members.php under the miRx Tab, send us an email at mirx@ebms.com or simply call us at (866) 894-1496
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your prescriber for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number, so we may contact you, if necessary.
What if I am going on vacation or at a temporary address?
Prescriptions can be delivered to any alternate address (home or office), just fill out the temporary address form or call our dedicated miRx pharmacy staff.
May I still get easy open caps on my prescription bottles like I do at my current pharmacy?
Yes, just call us and we will be happy to assist you! Or, you can mark the easy open option on your enrollment form.
